HANNAH ELLIS' BOOTCAMP
I started running a Bootcamp in April 2021 as a way of helping support people to do group exercise while it was only permitted outside. However, due to the popularity of the Bootcamp I have extended it and classes are now scheduled three times a week at Meadow Park in Borehamwood.
The Bootcamp is for all abilities and fitness levels. It's about having fun, working as a team and getting fit all at the same time. Each week will focus on a different theme - be it working the core, agility or strength.
Bootcamp runs throughout the year in 6 week blocks of sessions. Classes take place on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday mornings.
