A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

At the age of 11 I decided I wanted to work to make the world a better place, and after graduating with a first class science degree, spent almost 20 years working for charities campaigning for change.  I have a post graduate diploma in law, am a fellow of The Royal Society of Arts and have made presentations to Parliamentary Select Committees, the European Parliament and the United Nations Geneva.

It was only after spending a lot of time working on myself and then having children that I realised the most meaningful change I could make came from within.  With the help of some inspirational fitness instructors, and in my early 40s, became fitter, healthier and happier than I had ever been. It's now my passion to help others achieve their fitness dreams.

I am a fully qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer and member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity.  I am also qualified at a Bronze Level Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor and Stages Power  Indoor Cycling Instructor as well as a CYCLONE Instructor for David Lloyd Clubs. I also hold a Youth Exercise Specialisation to teach children and young people.

When I'm not listening to music for my next ride or researching the latest Battlerope group exercises, I'm looking after my two young children, in the garden growing veg, trying to catch up on bookclub reading or wild swimming.
