INDOOR CYCLING

I am a Schwinn, Stages and CYCLONE trained indoor cycling instructor passionate about taking riders on musical journeys which are designed to inspire and energise the rider to ensure a fun and effective workout.  Once a month I teach a themed ride which has included Halloween, Pheonix Rising (New Year), Spring and Disobedient Women (International Womens Day).  I currently teach at Nuffield Health, David Lloyd Leisure Centre and Everyone Active.
