COMING TO BOOTCAMP
Everything you need to know
CONFIRM YOUR PLACE
To confirm your place at Bootcamp you will need to fill out a registration form and PARQ form with all your relevant health information and I may suggest having a chat with you before coming along if you are managing a challenging health condition. Sessions are booked in blocks of 6 and are £40 for 6 sessions (subject to availability). For more information and availability contact me
MEETING POINT
The Bootcamp runs on a Thursday from 9.30am, Saturdays and Sundays at 9am. Sessions are 45 minutes. The Bootcamp meets by the zipwire in the middle of Meadow Park, Borehamwood and additional to the Meadow Park car park, ample parking is usually available in adjacent streets.
WHAT TO BRING
Plenty of water and a mat if you don't want to do exercises on the grass. If it's hot, please bring a hat. Wear comfortable gym clothing and leave valuables at home. A top or trousers with a zip pocket is useful for keeping car keys, etc as there is nowhere in the park to store valuables. You'll be working hard, so make sure you've had a good breakfast before you come.
