Online Power Boost

I run strength training classes from my home on zoom.  Strength training not only makes you stronger, it helps you burn calories more effectively, improves bone density, helps prevent injury and improves joint flexibility.

Classes run on a Tuesday evening at 8pm for 30 minutes and are £4 drop in, £2 for Bootcamp members and free for ongoing PT clients.  Contact me for further information and to book.
