My approach to personal training is very personal.  I am passionate about identifying what makes my clients tick, what drives them and what gets them down.  I believe its here where my clients can find their inner strength to overcome any personal obstacles and succeed in achieving their fitness goals.  

As a level 3 NASM trained personal trainer, I follow the Optimum Performance Training Model (OPT) in helping clients develop a sustainable exercise programme that works for them.
